Tech Ecosystem Funnel
The tech ecosystem is a funnel, not a scoreboard. In our Startup Demographics work we framed the journey in three stages—Startup, Breakout, Scaleup—and argued for tracking birth, survival, and success rates rather than just VC totals or unicorn counts (see pages 12–15, 21). This dashboard operationalises that framework.
