Open the Locations tab directly from the left menu. This opens the Global Tech Ecosystem Index — a live data table benchmarking startup activity across 288 cities in 69 countries. It's the go-to tool for discovering, comparing, and analysing innovation hubs worldwide.

Explore the three analysis lenses
The index offers three distinct ways to rank and compare ecosystems — switch between them to get a different angle on any location:

Compare locations and explore interactive charts
Use Comparison Mode to place multiple cities or countries side-by-side, with bar, line, radar, and heatmap chart options. The table also supports time series analysis, so you can track how any location's metrics have evolved over time. Click any location name to access its curated page — including sector breakdowns, VC activity, unicorn counts, top hiring startups, and founder alerts.

Open the Quarterly Reports tab directly from the left menu. Choose any city or country from the dropdown to instantly generate a data-backed snapshot of that location's tech ecosystem performance — no manual data collection or chart-building required.

Every quarterly report includes:
• VC funding raised during the quarter with year-on-year comparisons
• Total ecosystem value and global rankings across multiple indicators
• Interactive charts showing quarterly and annual trends
• Largest funding rounds of the quarter with deal details
