Dealroom's full Privacy Policy outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used. Under GDPR (Article 17), you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. To submit a removal request, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; some data may be retained if there is a lawful basis for doing so (for example, invoice data is kept for seven years as required by law).

Every company, investor, and fund profile on Dealroom has a Something missing? Suggest an update button available directly on the profile. Clicking it submits a review request to our Data Quality team — you can also add comments, sources, or specific details to help guide the update. Most profiles are reviewed within one business day, with more complex cases addressed within 48 hours. The feature is complimentary and does not consume any export credits. If you need updates across 10 or more profiles, we recommend reaching out to our support team directly.
