Firms like Amazon Prime, Deliveroo, Glovo and Starship are rapidly changing the way food is delivered and consumed. Dealroom’s recent presentation about food delivery tech at the AECOC Food Congress in Madrid is now online. The line-up ranged from Five Guys CEO John Eckbert, to Manel Pujol from Uber Eats, to Rabobank’s Global Food Strategist Cyrille Filott, as well as several upcoming food retail entrepreneurs.
