Who's backing it? More than 80% of the new capital came from existing investors doubling down. Clueso was founded by Akash Anand, Prajwal Prakash, and Neel Balar, who hit the problem first-hand at a previous company.
What's the endgame? Clueso builds AI agents that learn a company's products, processes, brand, and context, then use that knowledge to create and maintain video across teams. It serves more than 1,000 companies, including Atlassian, Zendesk, Gainsight, Seismic, and Ironclad. Customers use it for marketing, customer success, onboarding, training, and more.
The product: Clueso turns rough input into polished, on-brand video, and companies typically start with one team before expanding across the organisation. Teams have reported over 5x productivity gains and an 80% reduction in video production costs.
Why now? Much recent AI video innovation has targeted consumers and creators, but business video carries different requirements. "Traditional video production was never designed for enterprise volume and velocity," said Vamsi Duvvuri, founder and managing partner at Dharana Capital.
In their words: "We originally started by helping customer-facing teams create product tutorials faster," said Akash Anand, co-founder and chief executive officer. "We quickly saw the same problem across marketing, sales, training and internal documentation."
The signal: Investors are betting video shifts from static files to living, context-aware assets that update as products and processes change. Clueso wants to own that infrastructure layer for the enterprise.
