ZoomInfo buys DoubleO.ai to put AI agents to work on sales

What's the deal? ZoomInfo has acquired DoubleO.aiDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an agentic orchestration platform that helps teams build reliable multi-agent automation. The deal pairs DoubleO.ai's orchestration layer with ZoomInfo's go-to-market (GTM) intelligence database. Financial terms were not disclosed.

What's the endgame? ZoomInfo wants AI agents that can run full GTM motions end-to-end, not just demos. Its database spans more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and what it calls billions of signals.

What changes? The combined technology targets workflows like champion tracking — monitoring when key contacts change jobs and triggering outreach if the new employer fits target criteria — and turning closed deals into fresh pipeline by finding similar prospects. DoubleO.ai's platform is already used by Fortune 500 companies and software firms. ZoomInfo's platform integrates with Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Why now? AI agent reliability remains the sticking point for enterprise adoption. "Most companies building agents are stuck with demos. The agents don't run the same way twice, so a person has to babysit every step, and you get maybe a 20% improvement," said Derek Osgood, CEO and co-founder of DoubleO.ai.

The signal: The acquisition reflects a broader push to move AI agents from pitch decks into dependable production work. "Every revenue leader has seen an AI agent demo. Almost none have seen it actually run a real GTM motion end-to-end," said Henry Schuck, founder and CEO of ZoomInfo.
