Zenity raises $125M to secure enterprises' AI agents
Israeli cybersecurity startup Zenity has raised $125 million in a Series C round led by Norwest Venture Partners . The company, which builds a platform for securing AI agents, now has roughly $185 million in total funding.
New backers Qumra Capital , SoftBank Vision Fund 2 , Hitachi Ventures , and LG Technology Ventures joined the round. Existing investors DTCP , Vertex Ventures , Third Point Ventures , and Intel Capital also participated.
The round is almost entirely primary capital, with a small secondary component worth around $10 million that lets some employees and founders sell shares.
Enterprises are racing to adopt autonomous AI agents, creating fresh demand to secure them. Zenity positions its platform to address that gap.
Zenity plans to use the capital to accelerate global expansion as it scales its business.
As companies push AI agents into production, security for those agents is emerging as its own market — and investors are moving early to fund the startups building it.
