Zenity is a New York– and Tel Aviv–based cybersecurity company building an AI security and governance platform purpose-built for autonomous AI agents across SaaS copilots, coding agents, agentic browsers and custom agentic systems in clouds such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry and Google Vertex AI. Co-founded by CEO Ben Kliger and Michael, Zenity moved beyond early low-code/no-code governance into intent-aware agent security that can allow, modify or block agent actions before they occur, with Zenity Labs research (including AgentFlayer zero-click agent hijacks) contributing to OWASP and MITRE ATLAS. Customers span Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations including SoftBank Corp across financial services, healthcare, pharma, technology, energy and manufacturing; Zenity reports tripling revenue in each of the past two years and employs more than 230 people. In August 2026 Zenity raised a $125 million Series C led by Norwest, with new investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures alongside existing Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP and Intel Capital, bringing total funding to about $185 million to expand globally and deepen Zenity Labs.
