Try Dealroom →, an Argentine all-in-one financial app, to build a localised presence in Latin America. The Nasdaq-listed trading platform announced the deal on November 4, 2026, with Argentina serving as its regional hub. Terms were not disclosed.

What each side brings: Founded in Rosario in 2018, LB Finanzas lets hundreds of thousands of users invest in US stocks, ETFs, crypto, and money market funds, and hold peso and US dollar accounts in a single app for individuals and businesses. It is regulated by Argentina's National Securities Commission (CNV) and Central Bank (BCRA). eToro, founded in 2007, serves millions of users across 75 countries.

Why now? LB Finanzas has recorded strong growth in users and trading volume, which the companies tie to rising demand from Argentine retail investors for accessible, all-in-one products. The acquisition gives eToro a locally regulated foothold in one of the world's fastest-growing fintech markets.

What's the endgame? "By combining LB Finanzas' local expertise with etoro's global scale and product offering, we can bring that mission to millions of people," said co-founder and chief executive officer Yoni Assia. LB Finanzas co-founder and chief executive officer Camilo Cristia said clients face no immediate changes: "What comes next is more products and more scale with the same team they already know."
