What's the deal? Dubai-headquartered JournifyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised a $12 million Series A, led by Al Mada VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and co-led by returning investor Silicon Badia. Existing backers Shorooq and Bunat VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → increased their stakes, while Du Ventures and Oraseya CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → joined as new investors.
What does Journify do? It builds ad signal infrastructure, making sure platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Amazon Ads see the purchases, sign-ups, and store sales a brand's customers actually make. More than 100 businesses use it, representing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual ad spend.
By the numbers: The round sits in the 77th percentile for deal size and roughly quadruples the company's valuation. It marks a clear step up from Journify's $4 million raise in February 2025 and a strategic investment later that year, when it reported fivefold revenue growth and a doubled valuation.
What's the endgame? The capital will fund expansion into the US and Europe and grow the AI behind the platform, which already monitors connections, detects signal-quality issues, and fixes them. "AI is transforming advertising, but the intelligence behind it is only as good as the signals it receives," said co-founder and chief executive officer Taoufik El Jamali.
Why now? Browser restrictions, broken tracking, and disconnected offline sales leave ad algorithms with an incomplete picture of who buys. US digital advertising revenue reached $294.6 billion in 2025, according to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and PwCDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a market Journify now wants to enter.
What could go wrong? The reported 5x growth comes with no revenue baseline, so it does not establish the company's scale on its own. Whether its Gulf-market traction translates to the US and Europe remains untested.
The signal: The round reflects advertiser demand for first-party data and reliable campaign measurement under tightening privacy constraints. As dentsu projects algorithms will place three quarters of ad spend by 2028, infrastructure that feeds those systems better data becomes more valuable.
