Founded in 2023 by Gonzalo Waisman and Tomás Ferreira, the company now serves more than 500 clients across 18 countries and 12 industries.

What does it do? Hashi builds a platform that lets companies create AI videos using hyper-realistic avatars, synthetic voices, and automation tools. Its differentiator is workflows: a business can generate thousands of personalised videos from its database — adapting the client name, product, or offer — and distribute them via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

More than 25 angel investors joined the round, including executives from Rappi, DHL, and Ripio. The company works internationally with firms such as PepsiCo, Hyundai, and Pollo CamperoDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

Why now? Hashi has scaled fast. Since March 2025, when it had just over 100 clients in nine countries, its customer base has multiplied. "Raising capital and having strategic investors in different countries has allowed us to accelerate our technological development and expand regionally," said Waisman (translated from Spanish).

Why Chile? The move targets Chile's corporate market, where AI adoption is advancing but companies still need concrete applications. The local operation will be led by country manager Camila García, tasked with developing the corporate market and building partnerships, focused on banking, retail, automotive, insurance, and real estate.

What's the endgame? Waisman frames the opportunity as going beyond content. "The next step is to really integrate it into their processes," he said (translated from Spanish), pointing to workflows that automate and personalise content at scale.

The signal: Hashi's entry reflects a broader shift in Latin America, where firms are moving from experimenting with AI toward embedding it in day-to-day operations — and startups are racing to meet that demand.
