What does 4ALLPORTAL do? Headquartered in Gütersloh, the company runs an integrated platform that lets customers centrally manage product information, master data, and digital assets, then distribute consistent content across sales and marketing channels. It connects to ERP, CMS, and e-commerce systems through APIs and pre-built integrations.
By the numbers: 4ALLPORTAL serves more than 100 enterprise customers and over 100,000 users across manufacturing, industrial goods, consumer products, retail, and e-commerce. It focuses on the DACH region, with a growing base in the US and wider Europe.
What's the endgame? Main and 4ALLPORTAL plan to strengthen the PIM and MDM offering, expand the partner ecosystem, and accelerate international expansion. Organic growth will be paired with a buy-and-build strategy to add functionality and extend geographic reach.

Main's bet will be judged on whether it can turn 4ALLPORTAL into a broader product-data platform.
