Lithuania's finpro raises €5M debt facility from Luxembourg's Quantic fund

What's the deal? Lithuanian non-bank lender finproDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has secured €5 million ($5.6 million) in debt funding from Quantic Receivables Fund, a Luxembourg-registered investment fund. The facility expands finpro's capacity to lend to small and medium-sized businesses.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2021, finpro provides loans from €10,000 to €500,000 to SMEs. Its loan book stands at €38 million, up 35% from the third quarter of 2025, and it has issued more than €90 million in financing since launch.

Why now? Chief executive officer and co-founder Kęstutis Grinaveckas called the deal the first show of confidence from a foreign investor. "Our goal is to consistently diversify funding sources," he said (translated from Lithuanian), adding that the agreement allows for the financing amount to be increased.

What's Quantic's angle? The fund invests in various trade-finance transactions and factoring. For finpro, it is a new source of capital to broaden alternative financing options for businesses.

The signal: The facility fits a broader Lithuanian market where non-bank lenders and private-debt funds serve SMEs alongside traditional banks. It is meaningful for scaling finpro's loan book, though terms and borrower demand remain undisclosed.
