Key findings

• Lithuania's startup ecosystem reached €16.4B in enterprise value in 2025, the sixth largest in CEE and up from ninth place in 2020.
• Lithuanian enterprise value grew 5.9x since 2020, the fastest growth in the CEE region, where the average was 1.6x.
• Lithuanian companies raised €220M of VC in 2025, 1.7x the €131M raised in 2024 and the fifth year on record above €200M.
• Only 26% of Lithuanian scaleups have relocated their headquarters abroad, the lowest rate of the CEE countries measured.
• Women-co-founded startups account for 21% of Lithuanian VC raised since 2020, second in the EU behind Finland at 26%.
