Lithuania's Holo raises €5M seed after hitting $5M ARR in 252 days

What's the deal? Vilnius-based Holo has raised €5 million in a seed round led by Market One CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. What's the endgame? Holo builds a single platform that plans, creates, and automates marketing campaigns, aiming to give small businesses tools that would otherwise require dedicated teams. Owners enter their website, and the system analyses their products, brand, and communication style to generate a marketing plan and materials.

How does it work? The platform produces ads, social posts, emails, and SEO content, organising them in a content calendar for review and approval. Businesses can also automate selected tasks so campaigns run without sign-off at every stage. Holo then tracks performance and recommends adjustments, such as shifting budget to better-performing ads.

The company combines third-party AI models with its own technology, including a system that retains each business's brand identity and a creative engine informed by performance data from millions of pieces of content.

By the numbers: Holo reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue within 252 days, having raised less than €1 million before this round. It now serves more than 20,000 paying businesses across over 100 countries.

Why now? Founded by Deividas Kovger and Aleksandras Urbanavicius, Holo plans to use the funding to build out its "marketing autopilot" capabilities, reach more small businesses, and grow its team in Vilnius. The founding team also includes design lead Karolis Vaiginis and chief technology officer Arnas Puidokas.

The signal: Holo's rapid revenue growth on a small early raise reflects how AI tools are lowering the cost of marketing for businesses without in-house teams — and how quickly that demand can scale across borders.
