JustAd raises $5M to take its "advertise now, pay later" model to new markets

What's the deal? UAE-based JustAdDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised $5 million in angel funding from investor Emad Jomaa to expand beyond its current markets in the Middle East and North Africa. The round backs a plan to carry its model — combining ad campaign management with campaign financing — into new regions.

What's the endgame? JustAd lets advertisers run campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads from one interface, with tools for performance tracking, attribution, product catalogue management, and reporting. It also applies AI to analyse campaigns and offer recommendations.

How it works: The company's "advertise now, pay later" (ANPL) model lets businesses launch campaigns without paying the full cost upfront, settling campaign expenses in instalments of up to 12 months. Advertisers run spend through accredited agency ad accounts.

The approach targets a common squeeze for small and medium-sized businesses: ad spend is needed immediately, while sales revenue can lag by weeks or months. That gap can cap a company's ability to scale campaigns even when they are performing well.

The expansion: JustAd plans to start onboarding clients in its first new market in early 2027. It will direct the funding toward building local sales and customer-service teams, developing products tailored to each market, and strengthening ties with digital ad platforms.

What they're saying: Founder and chief executive officer Ahmed El Sayed said shifts in advertising — including growing AI use and multiple digital platforms — require tools that help advertisers manage campaigns and budgets more efficiently, and that the new funding supports plans to enter additional markets.

Jomaa said the company targets two linked advertiser problems — measuring campaign effectiveness and supplying the cash to scale them — and that its model combines both in a single service.

The signal: JustAd's bet ties together two trends reshaping digital advertising: AI-driven campaign tooling and flexible financing for marketing spend. By merging both, it aims to make ad budgets a cash-flow problem it can solve rather than a barrier to growth.
