What's the endgame? Founded by Shreya Jain and Kshitij Rihal, The Stack sells five products focused on sleep, gut health, and functional health through its own website. It will use the money to expand its team, invest in research and development, and broaden its portfolio.
Why now? The company raised its first institutional round of US$746.9K in January 2026 and says it has grown five-fold in the six months since. It is targeting six- to seven-fold growth in FY27 over FY26.
The founders built the brand around transparency, aiming to close what Jain called a "trust deficit" in India's supplements market. "We will never overclaim or wrap a product up and sell it to you as something it isn't," she said.
Retention underpins the pitch. One in three customers places a second order within six months, and the top 10% of customers account for 30% of revenue, according to the company. Some have bought subscriptions covering six to 12 months upfront.
The founders have kept the catalogue at five products for nearly two years, resisting trend-driven additions. "It's very difficult to be a specialist in everything," Rihal said.
The signal: "Many brands solve for distribution before getting the product right," said Ishaan Khosla, partner at Huddle Ventures, pointing to The Stack's "industry leading repeat rates." The modest raise is a bet that formulation discipline, not scale, builds durable consumer brands in India's crowded wellness market.
