AB Tasty and VWO merge into Wingify, a $100M-revenue optimization platform
What's the deal? VWO and AB Tasty have unveiled Wingify as the unified global brand for their merged business, following a merger announced earlier this year. The combined company launches a single platform, a new brand identity, and a website under one category it calls an Agentic Experience Optimization Platform.
By the numbers: The combined business represents more than $100 million in revenue, 4,000+ customers, and 700+ staff across 11 offices in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Each company spent more than 15 years building independently before joining forces.
What's the endgame? Wingify folds experimentation, personalization, behavioral insights, commerce optimization, feature management, and customer engagement onto one data foundation and one AI. Its embedded AI, Wingz, powers what the company calls the Relevance Loop: understand, decide, act, then measure.
Why now? The pitch is that fragmented tools slow teams down. "Disconnected tools quietly cost teams time," said Alix de Sagazan, chief revenue officer of Wingify. "An insight from one tool has to be manually rebuilt somewhere else, and every handoff invites delay and errors."
What's the product? Wingify positions AI as the core rather than an add-on, reading behavioral, intent, and contextual signals — including from anonymous visitors — to decide and act while a visitor is still on the page. "AI is not another layer we've added to the platform; it is the platform's operating logic," said Sparsh Gupta, chief executive officer of Wingify.
The signal: The merger consolidates two long-running optimization vendors into a single brand betting that "agentic" AI, acting in real time rather than assisting from the sidelines, becomes the default way marketing teams tune digital experiences.
