What's the endgame? Founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless captures workflows as users perform them inside business software, then uses AI to turn each step into structured training materials — visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts, and narration. The content can be edited, branded, shared, or exported, and supports text-to-speech in more than 40 languages.

Why now? Companies spend significant time creating and updating software training as teams, tools, and workflows change, and outdated documentation pushes employees to lean on colleagues or support teams. Guideless says its step-by-step capture cuts the time needed to build and update training by up to ten times.

What's the product? The company soft-launched in late 2025 and was incorporated in June 2026. It now has more than 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets, including teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer HoldingsDealroom has a profile for this one. Beyond training, Guideless plans to reuse its structured workflow data as a source of operational knowledge to feed AI agents company-specific context. "We designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change," said Bieliūnas.

The funding will accelerate product development, grow the team, and support planned expansion into the UK, wider European, and US markets.

The signal: At €1 million, the round sits in the lower tier of European deal sizes, ranking around the 32nd percentile by amount. But the backing of senior Vinted operators signals confidence that AI can automate the maintenance of institutional knowledge — a widening bet across the enterprise software market.
