Sertalink buys CBA Benelux to become region's exclusive ManageEngine partner

The transaction, announced August 10, 2026, unites the two most prominent ManageEngine partners in the Benelux into a single exclusive partner for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Who's involved? Sertalink, headquartered in Sint-Niklaas, has been the exclusive ManageEngine partner in Belgium and Luxembourg for over seven years. CBA Benelux has been the only premium ManageEngine partner in the Netherlands since 2007, spanning nearly two decades.

What's the endgame? The combined entity aims to be the single point of excellence for ManageEngine — the enterprise IT management division of Zoho CorporationDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → — across the Benelux. It brings more than 50 product certifications, over 30 certified professionals, and a combined track record of more than 400 man-years of experience.

What changes? The two firms cover the full ManageEngine suite, including IT service management, unified endpoint management and security, identity and access management, SIEM, and IT operations management. They also carry expertise across cybersecurity vendors including Arctic Wolf, CrowdStrike, Pentera, and SentinelOne. Sertalink says the integration will focus on a smooth transition so customers keep the service they expect.

Who leads? Koen Franckaert takes on the role of managing director of CBA Benelux alongside his current position at Sertalink. He brings more than 25 years of experience from the IT vendor industry, with past leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Polycom, Pulse Secure (Ivanti), and Parallels.

What they're saying: "We are thrilled to officially welcome the CBA Benelux team to Sertalink," said Selim Ourtani, founder and chief executive officer of Sertalink. He added the goal is "preserving the strong reputation and culture that CBA Benelux has established over the years."

The signal: The deal reflects consolidation among regional IT and cybersecurity partners, as vendors increasingly concentrate their channel around single, deeply certified specialists per market. For Zoho's ManageEngine, it means one exclusive partner covering the entire Benelux.
