Existing investors Elevation CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. What's the endgame? Founded in 2020 as a women's activewear brand, BlissClub has broadened into a wider athleisure business. It will use the capital to enter new product categories, scale offline retail, and invest in technology for its direct-to-consumer operation.

Why now? The company entered menswear in 2026 and is preparing to launch denim, which Margaret called one of its biggest bets after more than three years of development. BlissClub expects to close FY26 with around Rs 200 crore in net revenue and a lower single-digit loss, bringing it close to breakeven.

Online sales drive 80-85% of revenue, with nearly 80% of that coming through its own website and app. Offline contributes around 15%, across cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Pune.

What's the plan? The company plans to go deeper in cities where it already operates before expanding further. "We're still young in offline retail," Margaret told Moneycontrol .

On competition, Margaret said the edge is product, not price. "We've invested heavily in building proprietary fabrics and working directly with mills, which gives us greater control over quality, innovation and cost," she said.

The signal: The founders backing the round with personal capital is a rare vote of confidence, and the step-up from BlissClub's previous raise signals investors are betting on its shift from a niche activewear label to a broader consumer brand with an offline footprint.
