Redaptive closes $137.4M equipment finance ABS

What's the deal? Redaptive has closed an inaugural equipment finance asset-backed securitisation (ABS) expected to total approximately $137.4 million. The transaction is backed by equipment loans and leases with commercial and industrial customers. ATLAS SP PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Why now? The August 2026 transaction is Redaptive's second ABS, following a $216 million securitisation backed by energy-as-a-service contracts that closed in December 2025. It is the company's first ABS backed by equipment loans and leases.

What it means. The deal gives Redaptive another route to structured debt markets as it expands its infrastructure financing platform and broadens the asset types supporting its funding strategy.
