Traysar Industries is an Austin, Texas defence-technology company building autonomous “subterra” platforms for strike and defence in tunnels, bunkers, hardened facilities and other underground infrastructure. Co-founded by Yadin Soffer (CEO), Asher Katz and Gilad Adin, with an engineering team that includes early SpaceX and The Boring Company talent, Traysar is fielding excavator-class autonomous tunnel-breaching and tactical exploration systems plus high-speed burrowing platforms that create precision subterranean access and deliver payloads below the surface—aimed at manoeuvre, denial and protection in contested underground environments. The company publicly launched at the 2026 Reindustrialize Summit. In June 2026 Traysar raised $25 million in seed funding led by Silent Ventures, with Lux Capital, Ora Global, NeverLift VC, Mana, Impatient Ventures, New Vista, Entree Capital and angels including Steve Blank and founders from Anduril and Erebor, to advance subterranean autonomy and doctrine for the United States and allies.
