Singularity Defense is a Los Angeles air-defence startup co-founded by CEO Jack Oswald and COO Shail Giroux that designs and manufactures low-cost, scalable missile-based interceptors to counter inexpensive drones and munitions that overwhelm traditional inventory. The roughly 65-person team draws alumni from SpaceX, Tesla, Anduril, Lockheed Martin and Toyota plus combat air-defence operators, builds subsystems in-house with commercial components, and runs aggressive monthly flight-test cycles aimed at automotive-style production volume rather than scarce high-cost legacy interceptors.
