Uforce (stylised UFORCE) is a London-based defence technology company founded and run by Ukrainians that develops and scales combat-proven autonomous systems for air, sea and land, consolidating battlefield innovations from Ukraine for allied militaries. Co-founded by CEO Oleg Rogynskyy (also founder of People.ai) with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksii Honcharuk as chairman and former UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace on the board, Uforce emphasises rapid iteration from direct combat feedback and manufacturing and materials across multiple European allied countries. The portfolio spans MAGURA uncrewed surface vessels used in the Black Sea, Nemesis strike drones, combat robotics, counter-UAS systems including counter-Shahed capability, and related C2 and remote-weapon-station products—positioned as combat-validated rather than slide-deck concepts, with the company reporting profitability on large bookings and rapid 2025 growth. In March 2026 Uforce raised $50 million in seed funding at a valuation of over $1 billion from investors including Lakestar, Shield Capital and Ballistic Ventures (with other backers reported in press including D3, Expeditions and Iron Wolf), to expand manufacturing outside Ukraine and scale delivery to democratic partners.
