For instance, the FDA approval of Cobenfy™ (formerly KarXT) for schizophrenia triggered $29 million in milestone payments to PureTech. The company's R&D engine has produced 29 therapeutic candidates, three of which have received FDA approval: Cobenfy™ for schizophrenia, Plenity for weight management, and EndeavorRx, a digital therapeutic for ADHD.
