Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) is a UK quantum computing company spun out of the University of Oxford in 2017 that builds superconducting systems using its Coaxmon architecture and offers Quantum Computing as a Service via cloud and colocated data centres. In June 2026 OQC raised an oversubscribed £260 million Series C—Europe’s largest private quantum computing round—led by Bullhound Capital with a £100 million commitment from the British Business Bank and participation from existing investors including Oxford Science Enterprises and Chevron Technology Ventures, to scale international infrastructure and next-generation TITAN systems toward fault-tolerant computing.
