Orqa is an Osijek, Croatia drone technology company founded in 2018 by CEO Srđan Kovačević, CSO Ivan Jelušić and CTO Vlatko Matijević that designs and manufactures vertically integrated FPV and unmanned aerial systems for defence and enterprise customers. Nearly all components—goggles, flight controllers, motors, cameras, radios and mechanical parts—are made in-house without Chinese-sourced parts, supporting NDAA-compliant and EW-resilient platforms such as the MRM2-10 alongside FPV.Pro goggles; the company has contracts with the Croatian military and has supplied systems linked to Ukraine and U.S. programmes, and in 2026 teamed with Texas-based Red River Army Depot to expand U.S. manufacturing. After a €5.8 million seed led by Lightspeed in late 2024, Orqa in March 2026 closed a €12.7 million (~$14.7 million) Series A led by Expeditions, with Lightspeed Venture Partners, Taiwania Capital, AYMO Ventures and Radius Capital participating, to scale its Global Manufacturing Program of trusted partners building standardised Orqa designs.
