Skincare brand GoPure lands debt facility backing its Amazon and TikTok inventory

What's the deal? GoPureDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Los Angeles-based skin and body care brand, has closed a multi-million-dollar revolving credit facility led by Assembled Brands, a specialty asset-based lender to consumer products companies. The facility provides working capital for GoPure's growing retail and marketplace business.

What's notable? The borrowing base includes GoPure's Amazon and TikTok Shop inventory — collateral many lenders avoid. The line carries no financial covenants, no lockbox, and no unused line fees, plus an accordion feature that lets GoPure draw a larger amount.

Why now? Founded in 2017 by Alex and Erin Keyan, GoPure makes clinically tested formulas targeting concerns such as loose skin and fine lines. Its Tighten & Lift Neck Cream became a TikTok Shop bestseller, and by December 2025 the brand had launched in more than 1,800 Target stores, ranking among the retailer's top 10 premium skincare brands.

What's the endgame? GoPure has grown on its own cash flow and sells across gopure.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Target. The non-dilutive facility gives it room to scale without ceding equity.

"Assembled Brands went further on advance rates and counted our Amazon and TikTok Shop inventory, which many lenders won't touch," said Garrett Potter, chief financial officer of GoPure.

The signal: "Today's consumer brands sell across marketplaces, social commerce, and retail all at once," said Kunal Kohli, managing director and head of revenue at Assembled Brands. The deal reflects lenders adapting collateral models to brands whose growth runs through marketplaces and social commerce rather than traditional shelves.
