The deal combines primary capital for growth with a secondary component that gives early shareholders partial liquidity.

What's the endgame? Live2.ai runs an AI platform that monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and review sites, turning those signals into marketing, content, and commerce decisions. It operates eight AI agents for tasks such as crisis detection, trend identification, and campaign audits, and lets brands convert rights-cleared content into shoppable experiences.

Where the money goes: The company will fund development of its AI agent platform, expand enterprise deployments, strengthen cloud infrastructure, and hire engineers, data scientists, and customer success staff across North America, Europe, Singapore, and India.

By the numbers: Founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora, Live2.ai serves more than 200 brands including Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Titan BrandsDealroom has a profile for this one. Why now? "Brands today are drowning in signals and starved of action," said Venkat, who wants detection, decision, and activation running in one governed loop for enterprise customers.

The signal: The round ranks among the smaller Series A deals in media over the trailing 48 months. It arrives as Indian AI startups raised $1.07 billion in the first half of 2026, up 33% year on year — though most big checks have gone to frontier and infrastructure firms. With 90% of revenue earned abroad, Live2.ai's test is execution in overseas markets, not just sector enthusiasm.
