PitchKraft raises £250K SEIS round for AI email outreach platform
What's the deal? PitchKraftDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a UK-based SaaS platform for hyper-personalised marketing communications, has opened a £250,000 (≈$334,349) SEIS funding round led by Prospedia CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The round has secured HMRC advance assurance and is designed to precede a later EIS round.
What's the endgame? PitchKraft uses AI to build personalised email outreach campaigns, with follow-ups, replies, and a LinkedIn extension for sourcing and validating contacts. The company plans to use the money to grow its team, accelerate core development, and acquire customers. Near-term goals include native integrations and campaign automation.
Why now? The platform is already live. After a preliminary announcement on July 16, it secured three major commercial clients in August and September, and recent upgrades cut AI processing costs by 80%.
Product traction: New features include a LinkedIn extension for adding contacts and sourcing validated email addresses, plus tools to validate underlying contact data more accurately. "We built PitchKraft to bridge AI and the labour-intensive work of creating email outreach," said co-founder Michael Robinson.
The company is initially targeting exhibitions, where timely, personalised communication matters, with plans to expand into other campaign-heavy sectors. Board adviser Pedro Madeira framed the technical challenge: "AI can certainly customise an email. The harder challenge is making that relevance work at scale, with clear data lineage and meaningful human control."
The signal: PitchKraft lands in an active category, with capital flowing to AI sales agents and prospecting tools — Zeliq, for instance, recently extended its seed round by €7 million. But without independently reported adoption data, the £250,000 raise reads as an early-stage bet rather than evidence of a broader shift.
