Evergreen's Lyra buys Dutch MSP Lantack in first Benelux deal
What's the deal? Evergreen's Lyra TechnologyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Group has acquired Lantack B.V., a Dutch managed service provider based in Halsteren. The deal, announced October 21, 2026, marks Evergreen's first investment in the Netherlands and the Benelux region. Terms were not disclosed.
Who's Lantack? Founded in 2008 by chief executive officer Cliff Lagendijk, the company provides IT services to small and mid-sized businesses across professional services, manufacturing, logistics, and maritime sectors. It is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace, and supports clients across Europe, the US, and Asia.
What changes? Lantack will keep its name, leadership, and 10 employees, operating independently under Evergreen's permanent-capital model. It joins a Lyra community of more than 140 companies across seven countries.
Why now? M&A is accelerating across Europe's managed services market, where smaller MSPs face rising cybersecurity, compliance, and talent demands. "As the first BENELUX-based MSP to join Evergreen, Lantack represents an important step in the continued growth of our community in Europe," said Dakota Ferguson, regional chief executive officer for Europe at Lyra.
The bigger picture: The Dutch MSP market is consolidating fast. A January 2026 industry report counted 219 transactions between 2023 and 2025, with investors involved in 88% of them. Recent buyers include Germany's DATAGROUPDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, which agreed to acquire Eindhoven-based Valid Managed ServicesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in May, and Bechtle, which bought Interforce in July.
The signal: Lyra's purchase is one move in a crowded, competitive field. For Evergreen, it extends an MSP roll-up strategy — buying local operators and keeping them independent — from Australia and New Zealand into continental Europe.
