Milestone

France's N4 Group raises €33.1M in Euronext IPO at €267M valuation

What's the deal? N4 Group, a French family-owned fitness, sports nutrition and wellness company, raised €33.1 million in its initial public offering on Euronext Growth Paris. The offer was priced at €23.81 per share, giving the group a market capitalisation of €267 million. Trading begins on October 26, 2026, under the ticker ALN4.

The fine print: Just €7 million came from new shares; the remaining €26.1 million was existing stock sold by shareholders Arlette Capital, Mathieu Viscuso and Alexandre Dez. Net proceeds for the company are about €6.14 million — so this is largely a liquidity event with a modest cash injection.

What's the endgame? N4 will spend roughly 70% of net proceeds strengthening N4 Labs' production capacity in Voiron, lifting in-house nutrition manufacturing from about 32% to 70% within three to five years. The rest funds expansion into Belgium, Spain and Italy via e-commerce and local partnerships.

By the numbers: N4 reported 2025/26 revenue of €91.1 million, up 31%, with an EBIT margin near 17%. It targets more than €150 million in revenue and a 25% margin by 2029 — ambitions now facing public-market scrutiny.

Who's backing it? Five investors, including Bpifrance, BNP Paribas Asset Management EuropeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and CDC Croissance, committed €20.85 million, roughly 42% of the initial offering.

"By investing in its equity as part of this IPO, we are choosing to make a long-term commitment," said José Gonzalo, executive director of Bpifrance's Mid Large Cap and SME Private Equity division.

Why now? Founded as FitnessBoutique in Voiron in 1999, N4 now runs 14 brands across e-commerce, its retail network, pharmacies and mass retail. "The success of our IPO marks a new milestone in N4 GROUP's history," said chairman and chief executive officer Stéphane Viscuso.

The signal: The listing gives a profitable, fast-growing consumer business a public-market route — but with most proceeds going to existing shareholders rather than growth capital, the real test is whether N4 can hit its 2029 targets on a slim cash raise.
