The track record: Over more than 10 years, SORAM has served over 1,000 customers and deployed roughly 4,000 pieces of equipment across three countries. It supports SMEs, large firms, government agencies, and educational institutions across Senegal and West Africa.

The bigger picture: SORAM now sits within OLU 360, a holding group of three businesses including IRIS Afrique and SIS. The group employs 60 people, manages more than 2,000 machines, and generates FCFA 1.3 billion in revenue.

What's the endgame? The new capital will fund OLU 360's next growth phase. Operations already reach Gambia and Guinea, with plans to expand further across West Africa, including Côte d'Ivoire.

The signal: Saviu framed the deal as a bet beyond software. "Africa's next generation of category leaders will not only be built in software," the firm said, pointing to "strong local businesses, operational expertise and scalable industrial models" as sources of value across the continent.
