Who's involved? Founded in 2012 and based in Paris, Be-Cloud is a French Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) distributor and managed service provider serving SMBs and IT partners across France, Benelux, and Switzerland. QualityHosting, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Gelnhausen, Germany, became the country's first Microsoft CSP in 2014 and runs a highly automated proprietary platform spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and compliance.
Why now? European SMBs are accelerating adoption of cloud, managed services, AI, and cybersecurity. The merger pairs Be-Cloud's commercial engine and partner network with QualityHosting's AI-enabled automation and scalable delivery model.
What's the endgame? The combined group plans to broaden its offering across cloud, cybersecurity, and AI through organic growth and M&A, while expanding across Europe. Founders Lenny Vercruysse and Christian Heit will continue to lead it.
