Experiential agency Jack Morton rebrands after Impact XM merger

What's the deal? Jack Morton unveiled a new global brand identity on October 13, 2026, following its merger with Impact XMDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → earlier in the year. The experiential marketing agency launched a new positioning, Experience Without Limits, alongside a refreshed visual system.

What each side brings: Jack Morton combines strategy, storytelling, fabrication, production, technology, environments, and measurement under one roof. The merger with Impact XM creates one global team spanning these crafts.

By the numbers: The combined agency now has more than 1,000 experts across 20 locations worldwide, delivering 35 brand experiences daily. It counts 10 of the world's top 20 technology companies and one-third of the world's leading life sciences brands as clients, drawing on nearly nine decades of experience.

Why now? The rebrand formalises the integration of two agencies into a single, larger operation. "The launch of our new brand is about much more than a new look and feel; it's a reflection of who we've become and where we're headed," said Jared Pollacco, chief executive officer of Jack Morton.

What's the endgame? The agency is betting on in-person experiences as a counterweight to digital saturation. Its core argument: in a world of endless content and growing isolation, there is still no substitute for being there.

The company treated the rebrand itself as a demonstration of its approach. Rather than a standard communications campaign, it designed the rollout as a series of connected physical and digital moments for clients, partners, and employees to explore and share.

"Most companies launch a brand with a new logo, a new color palette, and a new set of guidelines. We saw an opportunity to do what we ask our clients to do every day: create something people can actually experience," said Erik McKinney, head of creative for North America.

The signal: The merger and rebrand reflect consolidation in experiential marketing, as agencies pool fabrication, production, and measurement capabilities to serve large brands at scale. By leaning into live experiences, Jack Morton is positioning physical presence as a premium offer in an attention economy crowded with digital content.
