Bcas acquires Germany's Lendorse to become sole dual-market ISA platform in Europe

What's the deal? Bcas, a financing platform for students, has acquired German fintech LendorseDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → to accelerate its international expansion and move into Germany. Terms were not disclosed.

Why it matters: The deal makes Bcas the only European platform running Income Share Agreements (ISAs) in both Spain and Germany at the same time.

What each does: Bcas finances students through ISAs, where repayment is tied to future income. Lendorse brings regulatory and commercial knowledge of the German market, where it has already built agreements and relationships.

Market expansion: Bcas will begin operating in Germany using Lendorse's local footing. It wants the country to become one of the group's main growth drivers from 2027.

What's the endgame? The company has set a goal to exceed €150 million financed and reach 30,000 students by 2027. For 2026, it expects to more than triple its numbers, financing over 11,000 students.

What's backing it: Growth will lean on a network of more than 100 partner training centres, Bcas's own technology, and support from the European Investment Fund. The platform also has a credit line with MyInvestor.

The signal: ISAs remain a niche but growing model for education finance, and Bcas is betting that cross-border scale is the way to make it work. By buying regulatory access rather than building it, it is positioning for a wider European footprint.
