Salesforce buys Sweden-founded Listen Labs in $2B AI deal

What's the endgame? Salesforce, which focuses on customer relationship management systems and related software, gains AI-driven research tools. "With Salesforce, we can bring Listen to every company in the whole world, much faster," Wahlforss said. He remains chief executive officer after the acquisition.
