VoirPro raises $500K seed to expand its AI trial-intelligence platform

What's the deal? VoirProDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Raleigh, North Carolina litigation intelligence company, has launched the latest version of its Voirtex platform following a $500,000 seed investment in April. The AI-augmented tool supports litigation teams from pre-trial strategy through jury analysis, live voir dire, juror scoring, and verdict modeling.

Why now? The April round was VoirPro's first capital raise after two years of profitable operation. It has spent that time refining Voirtex in live trials across railroad, transportation, professional liability, and complex civil litigation.

What's the endgame? VoirPro wants firms to license Voirtex across their entire caseload, rather than hiring outside consultants case by case. The platform incorporates VoirPro FINDS, a proprietary juror behavioural segmentation framework that flags how jurors are likely to lean based on demographic and behavioural factors.

The product shift is central to the pitch: information and analysis from each matter stay inside the firm, building a record attorneys carry into future trials. "Voirtex captures and keeps it inside the firm," said chief legal officer Daniel F. Church. "Judgment still decides the case. Voirtex gives judgment something to work with."

What's the money for? The seed capital funds continued engineering as VoirPro works to reach more defence trial boutiques, plaintiff trial firms, and insurers. "This funding gave us the opportunity to accelerate that work, using AI to strengthen the analysis behind Voirtex," said founder and chief executive officer Bryce Gartner.

The signal: VoirPro is betting that trial intelligence, long an external expense billed per case, can become an in-house capability firms own and monetise. If licensing catches on, it reframes jury consulting from a one-off service into recurring software.
