Try Dealroom →, a multichannel operating system for high-volume e-commerce sellers, has raised an early-stage venture round led by entrepreneur and its own chief growth officer, Yoni MazorDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The Ridgefield Park, New Jersey company announced the deal on September 22, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
What does Goflow do? The platform pulls e-commerce operations — inventory, orders, fulfillment, listings, purchasing, shipping, accounting, and reporting — into one connected system. It connects sellers to more than 2,100 marketplaces, shopping carts, shipping carriers, and other services.
By the numbers: Goflow says it has supported more than $13 billion in merchandise sales, 629 million transactions, and 280 million packages shipped.
What's the money for? The investment will accelerate Goflow's product roadmap, with an emphasis on automation and AI-assisted operations, while supporting expansion among multichannel sellers worldwide.
Why this investor? Mazor brings 15 years of experience in e-commerce and software, including running a high-volume multichannel selling business himself. He already serves as Goflow's chief growth officer, meaning the round pairs capital with an operator who knows the platform from the inside.
"Goflow is the operating system I wish I had earlier in my journey," Mazor said. He added that he sees potential for the company to become "the multichannel operating system of choice for sellers worldwide."
The company's aim: Chief executive officer Max Hauer said the goal is to keep operations from getting harder as sellers add channels. "Our job is to absorb that complexity into the platform so our customers can focus on growing their businesses," he said.
The signal: The round reflects a broader push to bolt AI onto the operational back end of e-commerce, where sellers juggle dozens of marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. An insider writing a check signals conviction — but leaves open how far external capital will scale the company from here.
