Agat Ejendomme raises $7.8M in oversubscribed rights issue
What's the deal? Danish property firm Agat EjendommeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has completed a rights issue of 70,670,001 new shares at US$0.11 each, raising gross proceeds of US$7.46M (roughly $7.8 million). The offering was oversubscribed, drawing subscriptions for 74,976,732 shares — 106.09% of the shares on offer.
How it worked: Shares subscribed without pre-emptive rights were allocated on a pro rata basis. The post-IPO equity raise was announced in September 2026.
The signal: The deal sits at the smaller end of the funding spectrum, in roughly the 7th percentile by amount. But the oversubscription shows investor appetite outpaced the shares available, a sign of demand for the offering.
