IGS Capital buys Dubai's DSAT Global in $15M all-stock deal

What's the deal? IGS Capital Group (OTC: IGSC), a Nevada-incorporated US public company, has completed its acquisition of DSAT Global VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in a transaction valued at $15 million. The deal, effective September 1, 2026, was structured as an all-stock purchase based on 300 million shares priced at $0.05 each.

Who's involved? DSATDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Global is a Dubai-headquartered technology group with more than 20 years of experience deploying enterprise software. Its portfolio spans over 16 proprietary platforms covering transportation management, supply-chain optimisation, fleet and warehouse management, AI, IoT, e-commerce, and connected operational systems.

What's the endgame? IGSC wants to build a diversified global technology and digital solutions platform. The deal pairs its US public-market listing with DSAT's intellectual property, international customers, and operating history, positioning DSAT as a core operating platform for the company.

Why now? The acquisition gives DSAT access to growth capital and public-market infrastructure as it pursues expansion. It currently operates across the UAE, India, Thailand, and Malaysia, with initiatives underway in the US, Saudi Arabia, and Latin America.

What they're saying: "DSAT brings an established technology engine, proprietary intellectual property and international operating experience to IGSC," said Pallavaraja Kannaiyan, president and chief executive officer of IGS Capital Group. He added that the priority is to provide "the governance, financial discipline and capital-market infrastructure required to support responsible growth."

DSAT chief executive officer Nirmal Kumar Jayaraj said joining IGSC gives the company "a platform to take that foundation to the next level," with plans to scale its technology internationally and strengthen its presence in key markets.

The signal: The deal reflects a familiar path for founder-led tech firms in emerging markets: trading independence for a US listing that promises capital access and governance credibility. Whether IGSC can convert DSAT's two decades of engineering into commercial scale — and lift a micro-cap stock — will test the thesis.
