OT Logistics secures €5.5M debt facility from J&T Mezzanine
What's the deal? OT LogisticsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has signed a loan agreement with J&T Mezzanine for financing of up to €5.5 million. The Polish logistics group disclosed the deal on September 11, 2026.
What's the money for? The company will use the funds for current operations, including refinancing existing financial debt. It said the facility will support financing continuity and add flexibility in managing the OT Logistics Group's debt structure.
The terms: The loan carries interest of 10% a year through October 31, 2026, rising to 11% if repayment is extended to November 30, 2026. OT Logistics said the terms match market conditions for comparable financing.
How it's secured: The facility is backed by standard collateral for this type of transaction, including pledges from the company and guarantees from some subsidiaries.
The signal: The short-dated, high-cost loan points to a company managing near-term liquidity rather than funding expansion. With repayment due within weeks of drawdown, OT Logistics is buying time to restructure its debt.
