What each side brings: FinQuery runs what it calls an Intelligent Subledger Platform, helping accounting teams track what they lease, own, and owe across leases, fixed assets, debt, accruals, and prepaid expenses. Innervision brings specialised FRS 102 and IFRS 16 lease accounting expertise and an established UK customer base.

What changes for customers? Existing Innervision clients keep uninterrupted service and, over time, gain access to FinQuery's broader platform beyond lease accounting.
