American Express Saudi Arabia, a Riyadh-headquartered finance company, reported a net profit of SAR 151.97 million on revenues of SAR 644.29 million for the year ended 31 December 2025.

What's next? Completion remains subject to customary regulatory approvals. SAIB said it will use the proceeds to strengthen its financial position and support its strategic objectives.
