Doyle framed the pitch around how people work today. "We're living through one of the biggest shifts in how people work and connect," she said, noting that many employees feel less valued despite promises that AI will make them more productive.

The signal: For Clarendon Fund Managers and the British Business Bank, the round reflects continued backing of high-growth, female-founded technology businesses with global ambitions — and a bet that personalised experiences will outlast generic corporate rewards.
