Why now? The two deals cap more than £500 million of financing activity in August alone. That takes Lendco's total funding activity for 2026 to date past £1 billion.

What's the endgame? Lendco wants to scale its presence in the UK specialist property lending market while keeping a diversified funding base. The transactions build on Atlas 2026-1, completed in April, the company's largest-ever securitisation.
