Trinity Bank raises CZK 1.6B in second 2026 share issue

Why now? The bank says it is raising capital to support faster-than-planned growth in lending, particularly real estate lending, as well as investment and the development of its digital banking services.
What it means. Across the two issues, Trinity Bank raised nearly CZK 2.8 billion in 2026. New backers outside the existing shareholder base took about 10% of the latest issue, while the founder and companies he controls hold roughly 56% of voting rights.
