Tata Steel completes TM International Logistics stake acquisition

The terms. Tata Steel paid INR 3.35 billion in cash towards the common equity of TM International Logistics. The transaction was agreed on 15 May 2026 and completed on 20 August 2026 after approval from the Competition Commission of India on 18 August.
The signal. TM International Logistics provides port operations, shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing and supply-chain services. Increasing its stake gives Tata Steel greater control over a logistics arm connected to its steel operations.
