Kyoei Medical Instruments to be acquired by Kurihara Medical Equipment

Try Dealroom →, a Nagano-based medical-equipment dealer. Kurihara already held a 9.76% stake and will acquire the remaining shares, taking its ownership to 100%. The transaction is scheduled to close on 1 October 2026; the deal value was not disclosed.

The companies said the combination will strengthen their medical-product and service offering in Nagano by combining Kyoei Medical Instruments' specialist expertise with Kurihara Medical Equipment's customer base and sales capabilities.
